KENNEDY, (Russel) Mabel - 91, Largo, Fla., died October 17, 1993, in
Largo. Born in L'Ardoise, Richmond County, she was a daughter of the late
Angus R. and Bella (Matheson) MacLeod. She is survived by a brother,
Kenneth,
Richmond Villa, St. Peter's; several nieces and nephews. She was
predeceased by her first husband, Walter Russel; four brothers, Rod Dan,
Colin, William, John; three sisters, Rachel, Kathleen, Christine.
Cremation has taken place. Burial will take place at a later date in the
family plot, New York City.

KAWUZA, Mae - L'Ardoise, died November 10, 2004, in Richmond Villa. Born
in L'Ardoise 95 years ago, she was one of 13 children of the late Pascal
and Jane (Martell) Samson. She worked at Canadian General Electric in
Toronto for many years until her retirement. She soon moved back home to
L'Ardoise to be near her family. She is survived by sisters, Emeline (Mrs.
Johnnie Peters), L'Ardoise, Sophie (Mrs. Harold Doe), Toronto, and Rose
Samson, L'Ardoise. She was predeceased in 1963 by her husband, Mike;
brothers, Leo, Wallace, Clarence, Gerald, Gordon; sisters, Irene (Mrs. Joe
Gaudet), Delia (Mrs. Barney Rogers), Emma (Mrs. Urbain Martell) and one
sister in infancy. No visitation. Cremation has taken place. Funeral mass
will be held Monday, November 15, at 11 a.m. in Holy Guardian Angels
Church, L'Ardoise, Rev. Barrett-Clare Johnson officiating. Burial will
take place at her husband's side in Toronto. We would like to extend or
thanks to the staff of Richmond Villa, St. Peter's. Arrangements are under
the direction of Alex A. Morrison Funeral Home, St. Peter's.
